WHEREAS the television series Lucky, created and executive produced by Mark and Robb Cullen, produced by Castle Rock Entertainment, debuted to critical acclaim on the FX Network, and

WHEREAS the FX Network series Lucky is a bold, fresh, quality original television series, and

WHEREAS the FX Network series Lucky was nominated for a 2003 Television Critics Award for Outstanding New Program of the Year, and

WHEREAS Mark and Robb Cullen were nominated for a 2003 Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series for the Pilot episode of Lucky, and

WHEREAS the FX Network provided insufficient time for the series Lucky to evolve and reach its full potential, and

WHEREAS the decision to cancel the series Lucky will hurt the FX Network in terms of viewership, hurt FX Networks sponsors, and hurt us, the fans of this amazing new show,

IMPLORE the FX Network to reconsider its decision to cancel the series Lucky, and

INVITE the network sponsors of the series Lucky and all other FX programs to make their concerns known to the FX Network.
