Save New York Levers

To:  New York State Judiciary

We the undersigned voters of New York State want to keep our lever voting machines.

Lever machines meet all federal requirements when they are supplemented with our accessible ballot-marking devices that enable voters with special needs to vote independently.

We appeal to the New York State Judiciary to retain our constitutionally-compliant, non-computerized lever voting system and keep computerized, voting systems out of New York State.
