Dear, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration
We would like to express our concerns on the behalf of the Deportation of the abused women from other countries,
We feel that this is a very important matter, there are women that are in need of aid, who retreat to Canada, they are mothers, daughters, cousins, dear friends, servers, cleaning ladies, they are working the small jobs that make a difference and I myself do not believe that they are causing anyone harm, they are innocent everyday people who are just trying to make a living without the abuse, and/or sexual harassment they received in their own country, and I for one am proud to live in a country that others would consider safe, We are not in any way trying to oppose you, we would just like to express our concern on the behalf of all the women in other countries who are in any way abused or assaulted by their partner, in other words we are not against you, we are against the deportation of women in need. The reason that these women are immigrating far from their own countries is because their countries dont seem to provide enough safety for them, although I do not doubt that they try, statistics show that 90\% of women who go for help Die of violent causes, So I, being a dear friend to the daughter of the woman who has made this issue catch the eye of everyone, Do Not Agree With This Deportation, as they said in the Toronto Star In May and June, the Federal Court of Canada overturned six decisions by the Immigration and Refugee Board that had denied abused Mexican women the opportunity to stay in Canada. , I Cannot Stress that line enough, it is clear that their country does not provide very sufficient and safe protection to the women, so its only natural that they seek refuge in a country that has enough protection against these things.
