Nexon Europe has finally launched Mabinogi Europe, but they announced that it will be available only to players from continental Europe.
But when the Russians tried to enter the game, they all got a "Not a service area" error, meaning that Russian IPs are banned (though we live in that "continental Europe").
So Russian Mabinogi Community decided to start this petition and show it to Nexon Europe, because we consider this IP block racism and discrimination. By the way, Australia has already made the same petition to play Mabinogi North America, and it was a success.
The aim is to cancel the IP block of Russian Players in Mabinogi Europe.

А теперь кратко для тех, кто вышесказанное не понимает:
в игре Mabinogi Europe блокируют русские IP, даже тех, кто живёт в европейской части Европы (а в заявлении на сайте издатель сказал, что играть смогут только страны Европы, а Россия к ним по сути относится).
Австралия делала такую петицию, и в результате они смогли играть на сервере Северной Америки.
Русское сообщество Mabinogi планирует собрать много подписей в этой петиции и поставить издателя, Nexon Europe, перед этим фактом и добиться отмены IP-блока для россиян.
