According to the 14th Amendment, Section 1 of the US Constitution, We American Black US Citizens, children of the emancipated slaves of the holocaust of West African and Americanized Blacks, call upon you, the First African American, Black - US President to Order the immediate implementations of Reparations NOW, i.e. the Promissory Note of President Abraham Lincoln, as advocated by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., that America may be Healed by GOD, of its' slavery wound, anti-Black legislation, KKK terrorism, to cease the holocaust upon us exacerbated by government welfare programs.

Before all else, with the urgency of "NOW is the time", it is morally imperative that you, as the first one of us to be the Chief Executive Officer of the United States, execute the highest Order to ensure that America Keeps Its Promise to the emancipated slaves and their children that we may have full- "equal under the law" citizenship "as enjoyed by White citizens"

Sir, All Americans would be elated with such a bold action on your part, which is what the whole world is expecting of you. Thank you.
