On Behalf of the Children of the West African American Black Slaves

The Hon. President Barack Hussein Obama

We Immigrants expect you, the First African American Black, son of the slaves US President to immediately implement Reparations NOW i.e. the Promissory Note edicts of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution signed by President Abraham Lincoln whom you seek to emulate, that GOD may Heal America of its' slavery wound, anti-Black legislation, and terrorism that the continuing holocaust upon them exacerbated by government welfare may cease.

From its inception, we Immigrants willingly came to America, whereas, exiled Black West Africans were brought here against their wills as slaves, not indentured servants!

Much gratitude is owed to Blacks, upon whose bloodied backs we, including you Mr. President, are able to stand free and prosperous in a civil society.

Therefore, with the "urgency of NOW" we call upon you to execute the highest Presidential Order to Keep America's Promise to the children of the emancipated Black slaves first and foremost. Thank you!
