ORE DUMP & TANK FARM PETITION

THE EXECUTIVE MAYOR, NELSON MANDELA BAY METRO
THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC ENTERPRISES
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS & TOURISM

As a citizen of the Nelson Mandela Bay metro, I am cognisant of the
fact that the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa:

Guarantees everyone the right to an environment that is not harmful
to their health or well being, and that measures must be taken to
prevent pollution & ecological harm to my health and environment.

Both my health and property are being damaged as a result of this facility.

Accordingly I demand:

That the manganese ore terminal and the tank farm in the
Port Elizabeth Harbour be re-located without further delay.
