Realizing that St. Patrick's Day is primarily a holiday for drinking in America more than anything else (and don't even bother to dispute this, Saint Patrick himself is mostly known for driving snakes out of Ireland, and let's face it, one needs a lot of liquid courage before they go messing around with snakes), we the undersigned request to have March 18th, the day after St. Patrick's Day declared a national holiday either in addition to St. Patrick's Day proper, or failing that instead of St. Patrick's Day. We need a day to recover.
