Amend Maryland Code 18-219(2)

To:  Maryland Legislature

We the people of Maryland hereby petition the Maryland Legislature to amend Maryland Code 18-219(2) with the following language; No city, County, or state authority shall restrict or prohibit the ownership of dogs based solely upon the basis of breed, or by physical description. No breed of dog, or mixed breed of dog is inherently dangerous.
