I'm an owner of M-AUDIO Oxygen 8v1 or some other legacy M-AUDIO device for which M-AUDIO still hasn't released compatible Windows Vista 64 drivers.

The upcoming Windows 7 has the same drivers as Vista 64. Most of the newer PCs has 64-bit architecture and require new generation OS to be used effectively. So I need 64-bit OS to use my new PC to its full extent but I have no ability to use my legacy M-AUDIO device with that kind of OS.

Vista 64 was released in the year 2006. M-AUDIO had 2 years to make compatible drivers. Looks like they unofficially dropped the support of legacy devices. Their official position is "the drivers release date is TBA". That kind of "support" really pisses me off!

For now my legacy device is piece of trash.

Therefore by signing this petition I agree M-AUDIO support of their legacy products and long time customers is awful. I agree that I won't buy any new M-AUDIO products and I will recommend not to buy them.
