THE PETITION PROJECT/

Hi everyone, I live in Singapore and would like to start a project to find out how strong the internet community is. You guys might have heard of people posting suicidal attempts of a friend on a forum asking for help. It really worked and the friend got saved. But this is not like those cases. This is just a project meant to test the power of internet community. You can advertise this one anywhere you like. Blogs, Forums, MSN nicknames, ETC...

If this project is successful, we can really know the true power of the internet community. Petition Online is not known to many people in Singapore. Now the aim of this project is to have RIGHT someone look at this Petition and do the thing stated. The Message is, "Rafael is to give 20 cents to Hyun Su after reading this Petition." If my friend Rafael reads this and gives me the 20 cents, I will know that this project is successful.
