ROMANIA to exonerate Marshal Ion Antonescu and his group of war criminals

The Romanian Supreme Court is considering the exoneration of Marshall Ion Antonescu and his followers of the crimes committed against humanity between 1940 - 1944.

As Prime Minister, starting with 1940, Marshall Ion Antonescu's was responsible for the brutal murder and deportation of more than 350,000 Romanian Jewish and Roma, and the death of more than 500,000 Romanian soldiers, killed supporting and fighting alongside the Nazi military. The brutalities of the Romanian pogroms committed during the Antonescu’s regime between 1940-1944 surprised even the Nazi German military stationed in Romania at that time. Romania exonerating Marshall Ion Antonescu is equivalent to Germany exonerating Adolf Hitler and his followers.
I PROTEST against any attempt to exonerate and to rehabilitate Marshal Ion Antonescu and his Group. If the exoneration and the rehabilitation will become an reality I ask EU and the International community to condemn Romania's decision to re-write its history which will openly invite anti-Semitic and nationalistic groups to increase their activities. I PROTEST against any decision to be taken by the Romanian Justice system, dictated and influenced by political corrupted interests, that will mock the memory of Antonescu’s victims.
This petition is to request the Romanian authorities NOT to adopt any decision that will allow today or in the future the rehabilitation of war criminals like Ion Antonescu.

Ca Prim Ministru, incepand cu 1940, Maresalul Ion Antonescu a fost responsabil pentru brutala ucidere in masa si deportarea a mai mult de 350000 evrei si roma. Deasemenea a fost responsabil pentru trimiterea la moarte a peste 500000 soldati care au sustinut si luptat impreuna cu fortele militare naziste. Brutalitatea atrocitatile comise de regimul Antonescu intre 1940-1942 i-au surprins chiar si pe comandantii nazisti stationati in acea perioada in Romania. Pentru a va exprima dezaprobarea – va rugam sa trimiteti un mesaj cu urmatorul text (copy and paste) in atentia Dlui Prof Nicolae Popa, Presedintele Inaltei Curti de Casatiei si Justitie (relatii.publice@scj.ro) , si spre stiinta (CC) dlui Jose Manuel Barrosa (sg-web-president@ec.europa.eu). Trimiteti acest mesaj catre cat mai multe persoane.

Exonerarea Maresalului Ion Antonescu in Romanian este echivalenta cu exonerarea lui Adolf Hitler si a grupului sau in Germania.
PROTESTEZ impotriva oricarei incercari de reabilitare a Maresalului Ion Antonescu si a Groupului sau. Daca aceasta reabilitare va devenii o realitate, solicit EU si comunitatea Internationala sa condamne Romania pentru adoptarea deciziei de a rescrie istoria, fapt care va invita anti-semitii si nationalistii sa isi sporeasca activitatile. PROTESTEZ impotriva oricarei decizii care ar putea fi luata de sistemul Judiciar Romanesc, dictate si influentate de interese politice corupte care vor batjocorii memoria victimelor regimului Antonescu.

Aceasta petitie este adresata autoritatilor din Romania solicitate sa nu adopte nici o decizie care va permite in prezent si/sau in viitor reabilitarea criminalilor de razboi precum Ion Antonescu.
