I/we support the application of Ms. Aurora Idio, who has submitted an Application for permanent residence in Canada Humanitarian and compassionate considerations. She has been denied permanent residency within the live-in caregiver program, which allows nannies to apply after two years of live-in work. Aurora has a nine-year old Canadian son who suffers from multiple disabilities and is the most natural person - and only ethical choice - to provide care for him. Her lack of residency status limits her ability to provide maximum care for him.
