Pardon all federal convictions of defendants convicted of the federal crime of following state medical marijuana law.

To:  President Barack Obama

We, the undersigned, ask you to grant an unconditional pardon of federal defendants who were following state medical marijuana laws. Here is the list of federal defendants charged with the federal crime of following state medical marijuana law that we urge you to pardon as soon as it is feasible (name followed by federal prison register number in most cases). We believe that the appeal process has been exhausted for all these people, so you can now pardon them. If it turns out that any of these defendant's haven't exhausted their appeal yet, then please direct Attorney General Eric Holder to dismiss their case. It should be noted that the prosecutors involved in these cases will undoubtedly argue that these people weren't following state law. However, they weren't allowed to present this evidence in court. If there were able to present this, then EVERY one of them would have been acquitted as sure as the sun sets each day.
