Bring Megadeth To New Zealand

To Megadeth and Michael Chugg Entertainment,

I am writing on behalf of the many thousands of Megadeth fans residing in New Zealand to call on Megadeth to visit and play at least one concert in our country. The huge fan base of Megadeth in New Zealand in proportion to our small population size indicates the enormous amount of respect and admiration there is for the band in New Zealand. A Megadeth concert in Auckland as part of the Megadeth Australia Tour would attract huge numbers of fans from throughout the country and would be the ultimate reward we could receive for our long-standing support of the world's greatest heavy metal band, in addition to allowing the mobilisation of a new wave of supporters (increasing album sales). The option of travelling to Australia is totally out of the question for most fans here, as airfares and accommodation costs would easily cut extremely deep into the pockets of many of us.
The success of the last Megadeth concert in New Zealand in 2001, with the original venue of the show selling out and the concert being moved to a larger one, resulted in the absolute delight of the army of fans and organisers. We would love to see a repeat of the success of the last event with a new concert here in Auckland, New Zealand, allowing Kiwis to bang their heads once again!

I sincerely thank Megadeth and Mike Chugg Entertainment for even considering playing a concert in New Zealand and for taking the time to see the huge following Megadeth wields here.
