Swanston St for Cyclists

To:  Melbourne City Council

Melbourne Bug recommends option 2 for Swanston St but with no night-time relaxation, i.e. 24 hour ban on taxis and private vehicles.

Option 6 is also of interest but more detail needs to be given to ensure adequate separation of cyclists and pedestrians so we don't end up with another Southbank.

When platform tram stops are eventually introduced, make sure a route is provided for bicycles.
