Public enquiry into the Iraq war

To:  Prime Minister Tony Blair

We believe there is grave doubt about the legality of the war in Iraq. New evidence, including the Attorney General's original legal advice, indicates that Parliament was asked to support the war on a false basis.

The Prime Minister cannot "move on from the war" while there remain serious questions over the political, legal and intelligence basis of such a grave decision.

We therefore support the campaign led by Military Families Against the War for a public enquiry.
