Mohammad Hosein syahi Nobandegani was former political activities in Iran and active member of the constitutional party that he fled because of his political activities against Islamic regime. He introduced himself to UNHCR Van at 01-09-2005 but his case was closed. He was actives in anti-regime demonstrations and some propaganda; because of it he was arrested and tortured by Iranian security forces, also he was actives in protest the anti human politics of Iranian regime in turkey since 2005

He will be in great danger if forced to return to Iran. We respectfully request UNHCR to review his case and recognize him as refugee for save his lifes and resettlement to a third country.
