re-release of the current Mario Kart Wii |
To: Nintendo JapanApril 16, 2008
Dear Members of Nindendo Japan,
We, the undersigned, through this letter, protest your releasing of a undeveloped Mario Kart game for the Nindendo Wii.
Given the Wii’s slightly improved graphical capabilities compared to Nindendo Gamecube, it should expected that the 6th version of Mario Kart should at least meet the 4th version (Double Dash) in terms of graphics, if not surpass it. Unfortunately this is not the case, while the game has more specular reflections, the textures work very washed out and are not as vibrant.
Secondly we would like to protest the dropping of the Double Dash feature where two players could sit on one kart; it would have sufficed to keep this as an option for multiplayer but cutting it out altogether results in a step backwards in terms of game enjoyment.
Another thing would be the sound; it works unfinished and not as engaging compared to previous MK games.
With this petition we request nothing less than a re-release of the current Mario Kart Wii game.
Sincerely,
