Kellogg's and Michael Phelps

Kellogg’s lets Michael Phelps go.

Okay, before I get started, I fully understand that Kellogg’s doesn't want to sponsor someone that smokes marijuana. They do not want to say, "Hey kids. Eat our cereal and you can smoke weed!" I get that. Now there are worse things out there than weed. I'm sure everyone of you reading this has tried it at least once. If you haven't, good for you.
I realize this is as important as global warming, government conspiracy, etc. But what I petition is that we stop eating Kellogg’s for three months. This is the amount of time that he has been "laid off" from swimming. We need to show these major companies that we like the fact that they have a "real" person on their box. So what that we smokes weed. At least he isn't out there killing babies, and raping horses! It could be worse people. We need to come together and put a stop to this. Stop eating your frosted flakes for three months. I promise it will not kill you.
I understand if you do not want to take any part in this, I do. However, we need to make a stand. Marijuana is an herb. It grows out of the ground. Hell, it is even legal for medicinal purposes in some states. Look at it this way, Michael Phelps won thirteen medals. That's great. We ate it up then. What if he was under the influence at that time? Does it change the fact that he is a great swimmer? NO! It's just WEED, not PCP, not crack...WEED! Do not say that marijuana is a "performance enhancer drug" either. If you have ever smoked it, you know that it is hard to get off the couch, let alone try and do anything else.
Okay, I've gone on way to long. Either sign it or don't sign. I just thought I would bring this to the attention of America.
