Say NO to proposed Burnaby prison

Please sign the petition AGAINST the absurd proposal to open a remand center (prison) on the corner of Willingdon and Canada Way, the previous site of a Youth Detention Facility. A remand center is a center for the worst criminals that are waiting for trial, and when they are released on bail, they are set free with no restrictions. The area is full of schools, and day cares. BCIT is right across the street, Moscrop Secondary is 825 meters away and Cascade Heights Elementary is 1.2 kilometers from the site. Say "NO" to the BC Government and stand up for your community!
