ESPN: Please show more soccer!

We the undersigned are signing this petition to encourage ESPN to show more international soccer (football) in the US. A sporadic Champions League game does not make up for the hours that we must endure world's strongest man competitions, women's pool, old basketball highlights, and hunting and fishing shows. We believe that some of the most famous athletes in the world are soccer players and are largely ignored in the US solely from the lack of decent international soccer coverage. Devoting more time on ESPN and showing highlight shows or more soccer highlights during Sportscenter would greatly increase the interest in international soccer in the US. Soccer is the most popular sport in the world for a good reason: it's the most exciting sport to watch. Let American fans see the best soccer has to offer and then interest in the MLS and the US national team will certainly blossom.
