The purpose of this petition is simple, to bring back "Movin' 93.9FM" a broadcast station in Los Angeles, CA that was taken off the air in April, 2009. The radio station played mostly 80's music, and was the home of Rick Dees for a while. The station owner was offered 7 million dollars from a lease company in Mexico for 7 years. Rick Dees was asked to leave before his contract was even up in September, 2009. The station still broadcasts spanish content now. There have been considerations for bringing back the English content, but it's up in the air.
