We, the undersigned residents of North 16th Street / KY-HWY 748, and the surrounding areas respectfully request the State of Kentucky and the City of Murray to build a sidewalk along North 16th Street / KY-HWY 748 between Chestnut Street / Five points and Diuguid Drive. This street poses a significant safety hazard and has been in a sidewalk for years, as many students walk or ride bikes to and from Murray State University.
