This petition is adressing Palestinian human rights in Israel and the Palestinian Territories. Since Israel began occupying sections of Gaza and the West Bank, numerous uman rights offences have been commited, including home destruction, rape, torture, extrajudicial killings, school and home invasions, and checkpoints, as well as the assasinations of civilians and popular Palestinian political and religious leaders, such as Ahmad Yassin of Hamas. This petition is a struggle for human rights in Palestine, and for the recognition of an independent and peaceful Palestinian state.
