Persuade the Government of Malaysia to become a Party to ICCPR!

To:  The Government of Malaysia

In order to ensure the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, United Nations (OHCHR-UNOG) functioning under its related UN Treaty, International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) are able to intervene on the abuse of ISA, we shall raise a petition online to persuade the government of Malaysia to become a party to ICCPR, by signing and ratifying it.

"But i'm in confusion now... Adakah Mak Cik Fatimah dari Kampung Paya Jakas dapat membaca ICCRP atau Amnesty International Report? Nyatanya para aktivis kita masih belum merentas dari Kuala Lumpur ke Kampung Paya Jakas sedangkan akar umbi inilah kunci yang memainkan peranan penting dalam proses pembangunan sosial di Malaysia!"

I doubt (and i afraid) i don't really believe in it, i'm just playing the devil's advocate. =(
