The New York Rangers coaching staff removal

Dear Jim Dolan, the New York Rangers Organization, and to whom it may concern,

Ranger fans are very tired of coach(es) that will sit improving young players for washed up old stars. We're tired of worrying about getting scored on short handed because of an impotent power play. I can not say for all of us Ranger fans that these coaches are directly at fault for the problems currently plaguing the Rangers, but it's time for the turn of a new leaf. Please relieve the necessary coaches of their duties so Rangers fans can stop the bleeding and continue a possible playoff run.
