Boycotting McDonalds |
To: AFAPetition to boycott McDonald’s, supporter of homosexual agenda
American Family Association (AFA) is boycotting McDonald’s restaurants because of the company’s promotion of the homosexual agenda, including homosexual marriage. AFA asked McDonald’s to remain neutral in the culture war. McDonald’s refused.
This boycott is not about hiring homosexuals, or eating at McDonald’s, or how homosexual employees are treated. It is about McDonald’s, as a corporation, refusing to remain neutral in the culture wars and giving the full weight of their corporation to promoting the homosexual agenda.
McDonald’s donated $20,000 to the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce in exchange for membership in the NGLCC and a seat on the group’s board of directors. The NGLCC lobbies Congress in support of homosexual marriage. Richard Ellis, VP of Communications for McDonald’s, and an open homosexual, was given the seat on the NGLCC Board. Ellis said he was “thrilled to join the NGLCC and ready to go to work.”
McDonald’s CEO Jim Skinner said the company will aggressively promote the issues they approve. “Being a socially responsible organization is a fundamental part of who we are. We have an obligation to use our size and resources to make a difference in the world … and we do.”
As a tentative customer of McDonald’s Canada, they also need to feel the impact as a result of the bold and arrogant stand of their American McDonald’s counterpart, who have chosen to aggresively support the homosexual agenda; with one ultimate agenda goal to redefine our sex-education to incorporate the teaching of their lifestyle to our/all innocent children.
Yes, I’m supporting the boycott of McDonald’s, USA and Canada until McDonald’s stops supporting groups that promote the homosexual agenda.
Sincerely,
