Unfortunately, Nabeel Siddiqui passed away at 4:46pm on Oct 6th, 2003.

On the night of 27th Sept. 2003, Nabeel Siddiqui, 24, a recent graduate of NJIT, and the only son of his parents, was brutally and mercilessly beaten with a baseball bat by three individuals, in the township of Orange, NJ. This attack has left him fighting for his life due to severe brain damage. He is in extremely critical condition at UMDNJ’s Surgical Intensive Care Unit. We the undersigned most earnestly request that the assailants be tried as adults, and be awarded the maximum sentence to deter such brutality in the future
