I think that the time has come! It's time for the word of the fans!
Please make everything possible to avoid the Detroit Pistons and the San Antonio Spurs meet in this year's Finals! The horror must stop! Bruce Bowen must resign! As well as the bunch of violent Pistons! WE ALL WANT TO WATCH BASKETBALL!
The Spurs have not advanced to the Conference Finals yet, but I'm sure that Bruce Allmighty and Beno Udrih will step up and wipe the Mavs off.
The last year's finals was a holocaust for the basketball! GENOCIDE! So, letting the both teams go back-to-back for the title, could ruin the image of the League for good! I mean, it becomes kind of rivalry, and suddenly you have dinasties, and duels like Ben Wallace vs. Nazr Mohhamed go in the books?! Or Brent Barry and Lindsey Hunter.. IT'S A CRIME! Tim Duncan is done, Eva Longoria has destroyed Parker's spirit with that Houswife-Grand-Photo-On-The-Beach-Thing, Raso Nesterovic can freely go back on Mars, Manu Ginobili can play along Andy Garcia in some Hollywood blockbuster, Ben Wallace can try out K1 Mixed Martial Arts, Sheed can go back to the hood, RIP can start an undertaking bussines, (Funerals RIP and Sons).. but all those in the NBA Finals?! I mean, Billups and Dale Davis and Tayshaun Prince?! For God sake, it's a NIGHTMARE for every fan on the Earth..
So, this petition is kind of a SOS call from us, the lovers of the good basketball.
Please ban the Spurs and the Pistons from this year's playoffs, and let the hype goes on... for the love of the game which you proclaim!
