North Carolina Government Accountability

Government accountability is non-existent at every level in North Carolina.

Almost daily residents of North Carolina have witnessed the spectacle of governments, their institutions and agencies abuse public trust, policy and public money. The North Carolina Government and all involved must no longer escape responsibility for their conduct and actions.

Without a Government Accountability Policy, our government officials continue to be some of the most destructive kind but to some it is very profitable. Doctors are pushing drugs for government and drug companies without consulting parents perpetrating the government's Social Policy of creating and maintaining a steady number of citizens who will forever be in need of government services. Social Policy administered by the few who profit from its implementation influenced by special interest gruops, their lawyers and even some judges are becoming more common.

Our Government currently seems accountable to no one and have no ethics and morals. Its time to Hold our officials accountabile for actions at least to the same standards as citizens are held accountabile.

We urge all branches of North Carolina Government to address Government Accountability by drafting policy and legislation that holds all North Carolina Government workers accountable for actions and/or lack of actions. If policy and/or legislation is not taken by late 2008, North Carolina Residents will force the issue of Accountability by having it placed on a ballot for the people to decide on.
