New Facebook is great.. why put technology in reverse and revert?

We the undersigned wish to object against petitions to introduce back the old facebook design and to maintain the new facebook design. As avid and passionate supporters of the new format, we react strongly to reverting back to the old design, creating unneccesary waste in development time, which could be served to work on the next generation Facebook and to continue progressing Facebook, versus crippling and limiting the site from innovation and improvement. While we respect the right of Facebook users who can not adjust to change, we heartily ask that we, as users , be respected and allowed to use progressive and innovative technology as it comes. We therefore respectfully ask management to maintain status quo with Facebook with the new design.
