Due to the horrendous and inhuman smell resulting from the re-heating of shellfish and fish products and the confusion, chaos, and potential regurgitation that may result, I am proposing an immediate and complete prohibition on the heating, re-heating, and preparation of fish products, fish by-products, or anything that came from under the sea in the ITA offices and ancillary work areas.

I am appealing to the common decency of my fellow citizens to sign this petition so that we may be spared further olfactory atrocities.
