This is a petition for Myspace administration to realize that the friend status comments are inappropriate. We should AT LEAST get the option to be able to disable people from leaving comments to our status. We understand they are trying to keep up with Facebook, but do you REALLY want to see "add me" comments in response to you "Just got home, work was exhausting!" status??? NO! We didn't think so.


So here's to Myspace, EVERYONE who has signed this petition feels that you should not allow those people to spam our status comments with nonsense such as "add me" and links to outside websites. Instead, you should give us our right to disable/enable comments to our status. THAT would put you one above Facebook, because Facebook doesn't have that option!!
