We, the undersigned, respectfully ask that Murray Gold give proper weight to the wishes of the Doctor Who community, the television-watching community, and the music community community in general and stop composing, producing, or taking any part in the creation of Doctor Who musical scores. His distasteful handling of the subject matter and lack of acknowledgement of his failures simply cannot be abided any longer.

Mr. Gold has repeatedly shown a complete lack of comprehension regarding the musical scores he has dragged, kicking and screaming, to the television screen and his ham-fisted approach at creating various moods or actually mixing music correctly has soiled future possibilities for anyone else who may attempt to create an effective score for Doctor Who.
