The purpose of this petition is to keep Danica Patrick from driving for the recently announced USF1 team as has been rumored as a possibility. There are a multitude of reasons for my starting this petition. The major reason is that I believe that she is at best the third best driver on here own team in IRL. Both Tony Kanaan and Marco Andretti are better than she is in my humble opinion. Another reason is that while she may bring sponsorship money and attention to the new upstart team, is her often whining, entitled attitude what American Formula 1 enthusiasts want to display to the hundreds of millions of international F1 fans as the best and brightest up and coming talent the US has to offer? As someone who works in the racing industry in the US and is enthusiastic at the news of this team and hope that they do well. I hope that this petition will send the message to Ken Anderson and Peter Windsor that many F1 enthusiasts, American and otherwise do NOT want Danica Patrick racing in a USF1 car.
