Nintendo! Stop treating Europeans like dirt!

We, the Nintendo fans of Europe, are sick of being treated like DIRT by our chosen video game company.

Late release dates, outdated forums and awful PR! We demand EQUALITY with our American and Japanese counterparts. Why should we, the Europeans, suffer? Nintendo is on an all-time high, why can they not set aside the funding and bring us up to scratch? I have stuck with Nintendo for 10 years, and not ONCE have I been rewarded, whilst the Americans sit on their MODERN website, with their UPDATED rewards system!

When we signed up to the Nintendo of Europe website, we accepted a privacy policy. We should NOT have to accept a new one whenever you see fit, at the cost of our accounts if we choose not to! Many hundreds, perhaps THOUSANDS of members lost their accounts, accounts which they had registered hundreds of pounds worth of VIP Stars on! This is not on! What self-respecting video game company does that to its fans? People change email addresses! They don't always get the emails you send out! They may not visit the news page of your website! And you delete their accounts because of this? Because they didn't know they had to accept a new policy? Bad call Nintendo, bad call.

We demand:

We demand a site that is updated more than once every 5 years!
We demand the removal of the expiry of VIP Stars!
We demand community moderation!
We demand equality!

Are they so much to ask? For a company with a net income of $1.7bn I would say NO, they are NOT too much to ask.
