Bring Back Real Stock Car Racing!

To:  Independent Track Owners

It's less a petition, but more of a pledge, simply stating, that NASCAR fans are tired of the France monopoly of NASCAR (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kentucky_Speedway), their extreme amount of caution flags to change the outcome of races, and their insane rules (100 points for a bumper cover!), and that we would gladly welcome a competitor that returns to stock car racing of old, where nearly anything goes on all the non-NASCAR-owned tracks. (P.S. For those of you whining about safety concerns, you could employ a safety barrier without sacrificing competitive driving)
