PRESERVE OKLAHOMA STATUTE TITLE 4 ANIMALS 46B

To:  Governor Brad Henry & Oklahoma Legislature

We the undersigned residents of Oklahoma hereby petition Governor Brad Henry, and the Oklahoma Legislature to protect, and preserve in it's entirety Oklahoma Statute Title 4. Animals 46B, which reads as follows;
"Potentially dangerous dogs or dangerous dogs may be regulated through local, municipal,and county authorities provided the regulations are not breed specific."

Do not allow Representative Paul Wesselhoft to create prohibitions on dog ownership, and use by breed specific legislation. Keep Oklahoma free from breed specific legislation. Protect our traditional ownership and animal husbandry use practices.
