We, the undersigned, wholeheartedly believe The Sugar Refinery has been a vital component of Vancouver's music, literary and artistic community for 8 1/2 years. We ask the City of Vancouver to use every available means to assist the management of The Sugar Refinery in relocating and reopening in an appropriate location as soon as possible.
