Abuse and Neglect on Neopets

Have you had your account wrongly frozen on www.neopets.com? Well, for the second time, I have, too.

This time, however, the reason was completely unjustified.

They froze me for using profani on one or more areas of the site.

'Eff' is not profane. It is the first three letters of the words Effort, efficeint, and effective.

The only reason I had said such a thing was to deliver the point that I was being subjected to abuse and ignorance from the Neopets staff.

For the past two or three months I have been the object of ridcule, abuse, and ignorance from the Neopets staff. One might ask how such a thing has happened.

1. I have not been receiving records of my high scores on the games, nor have I been receiving the correct amount of Neopoints for my scores.
2. My submissions to the Beauty Contest have been rejected once, and deleted twice. The first time they claimed that the file was not the right size when I RESIZED IT to be 15 kb. The second time, they claimed that not only had I not submitted it to the right category and used numerous accounts to gain votes, but also that I had not drawn the image myself. If they want me to post them the sketches, I would be more than happy to.
3. They have ignored all the forms I have submitted regarding problems or complaints.


Do I not have every right in the world to even hint at my anger by the use of the letters 'eff'?

This freezing of my account has a perfect analogy to it.

Imagine that I got to my principal complaining that one or more of the teachers is not only beating me but not giving me grades as well. Neopets freezing me is like the principal expelling me for merely complaining about my dicsomfort and abuse.

I ask you, dear fellow Neopians, to please, please sign this petition in hopes that I will get back what is rightfully mine.

(PS. If anyone knows where I can reach a head of Neopets by phone, PLEASE let me know.)
