NTC Communications, reimburse your customers for bad business practices. |
To: NTC Communications (www.ntc-com.com), and the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org)I am unhappy with services provided by Network Telephone Cable Communications (NTC). Services have been intermittent in the past and customer service has been worse. A call to NTC proves useless as they give excuses to why services have been down and excuses to why they cannot repair the problems. NTC refuses to reimburse any monetary value for services that have been unusable. I demand a change in business practices and I demand that NTC Communications take responsibility for their mistakes by reimbursing it’s customers for services that were paid for but unusable. Customers were required to pay a $45 “Maintenance Fee” during the 2003-2004 year. This $45 maintenance fee (or equivalent amount paid at different locations) is all that is required for reimbursement.
