As fans of Newcastle United long before Mike Ashley came to buy our club, we demand that either he, Keith Harris of Seymour Pierce or Derek Llambias give us an honest account of where the club is in relation to being sold.

As fans we are clearly concerned that new owners are not in place to give us a real chance of promotion back to the Premier League, especially as this is going to inevitably lead to a mass exodus of players, leaving us with no leadership and no squad going in to challenge in one of the toughest leagues in the world.
