"No Confidence" Vote for the SMSD Superintendent, Board of Education and Mission Valley Middle School Principal

The Principal of Mission Valley Middle School, Ms. Susie Ostmeyer, with prejudice and malice aforethought did falsely accuse Mr. Ryan Haraughty of making sexually explicit statements in his classroom and creating a hostile work environment; and with the full backing of the Shawnee Mission School Board, without completing a thorough investigation and without consideration of the students in their charge and with blatant disregard for the philosophy of the Board of Education, the opinion's and pleas of parents who's tax dollars fund the Shawnee Mission School District, did in fact on 09-Nov-2009 wrongfully terminate Mr. Ryan Haraughty.
By signing this petition, you agree that a vote of "No Confidence" is just and should be placed in effect against Ms. Susie Ostmeyer and the Shawnee Mission School Board, namely: Larry Winn III, President - Deb Zila, Vice President - Patty Mach - Susan Metsker - Cindy Neighbor - Donna Bysfield - Craig Denny, Ph.D.; and the Shawnee Mission School District Superintendent and Cabinet, namely; Dr. Gene Johnson, Superintendent - Robert DiPierro, Deputy Superintendent, Operations - Gillian Chapman, Ed.D., Associate Superintendent, Administrative Services, Secondary - Bill Frick, Associate Superintendent, Administrative Services, Elementary - Curtis Cain, Ph.D., Associate Superintendent, Educational Services, Leigh Anne Neal, Director of Communications and Public Information.
By casting this vote of "No Confidence", I hereby agree that the position's of the Mission Valley Middle School Principal, Shawnee Mission Board of Education and Shawnee Mission School District Superintendent and Cabinet be immediately vacated and an election be immediately held to fill these positions as to properly oversee the education and care of the students of the Shawnee Mission School District, to properly represent the views, ideals and goals of the parents of the Shawnee Mission School District, and to provide a non-threatening, personal agenda free work environment to the teachers of Mission Valley Middle School.
