To: New Westminster City Parks Board

This petition aims to make councillors relocate the dog park at Rialto Court, New Westminster BC.
The park was established without consultation of the residents of New Westminster.
The location of the park is in direct conflict with a minimum of 16 homes.
There is ongoing barking of dogs at unreasonable hours within 30 feet of bedroom windows.
The noise bylaws are not being enforced.
There is continuous parking and blocking of an emergency fire lane by dog owners in NO PARKING zones
