Nexon's Censorship

Dear Nexon,

We, the undersigned, are both disappointed and appalled by your censorship of the Showa Town maps. Guns have been replaced with toys on enemies. Background guns and weapons have been entirely removed. Perhaps you forget that you yourself state that this game is intended for a TEEN audience. If that's true, why can't the use of guns be included? You may have not realized this, but we have become embarassed to tell people we play Global MapleStory. The game has become very "kiddy" in terms of content. I couldn't wait for Showa Town because it would show how mature Maple could be, and I could show people "hey, look, I'm fighting the Yakuza". But no, this is not the Yakuza. This is hardly even cosplay of the Yakuza.

So, the point to this isn't to get you to change it, although it would be great if you would. However, I'm more interested in showing you how you have let your fans down.
