We appeal to the International Criminal Court prosecutor to pursue his indictment of Sudan's president Omer Hasan Al-Bashir on charges of genocide in Darfur. We urge all Governments and organisations and individuals not to interfer with the mandate of the chief prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo urging him to drop the case against Omar al-Bashir. We worn against putting politics ahead of justice. Al-Bashir's prosecution would "deter future atrocities.
