Ohio Comprehensive Infertility Insurance Mandate Petition

To:  Ohio legislature

We, the undersigned, are requesting a comprehensive infertility insurance mandate for the State of Ohio. The current mandate states that HMO's must only cover infertility treatment as a "preventative service" benefit and thus excludes IVF. This is both unrealistic and unhelpful. The mandate currently benefits few people, and excludes so many others. One out of every six couples requires infertility treatment. How many of these couples will be forced to be forever childless?
