Amend Ohio Revised Code 955.03

To:  The Ohio General Assembly

We the people of Ohio hereby petition the Ohio General Assembly to amend the Ohio Revised Code with the following language; Whereas Ohio has declared that dogs are personal property no city, county, or state authority shall restrict, or prohibit the ownership of dogs by breed, or by physical description. Ohio recognizes that no breed of dog, or mixed breed of dog is inherently potentially dangerous, or dangerous. No breed specific dog ordinance shall stand in Ohio.
