Whereas

1. We acknowledge that the world today has become a Global Village, and
2. We realize the need of certain rules and regulations to live harmoniously in this village;

We hereby propose to the Secretary General of United Nations, the Heads of all Member States, and the peoples of the entire world, that:

1. All such rules and regulations must be LOVE-BASED, and not fear-based;
2. There has to be a common understanding among the citizens of the world that we share One Earth, One Sky, and that we all are members of one family - the family of Humankind;
3. Global Peace is only possible if the individuals are at peace with themselves; and
4. Global Harmony is the outcome of such peaceful people, not only living together, but loving each other.
